Small studio. Big transformations.
Some studios measure success by how many bodies they can pack into a class. We measure it by how deeply we can transform each person’s relationship with their inner power.
Our intimate North Georgetown Pilates studio is designed for focused, attentive training that empowers each client to redefine their relationship with movement.
Together, we explore how the different parts of your body can work in concert to support fluid, functional movement that activates new forms of physical strength.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method designed to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements and breathing techniques.
Invented by its namesake, Joseph Pilates, the exercise method focuses on core stability, alignment, and posture, making it an excellent choice for people of all fitness levels. By emphasizing the mind-body connection, Pilates helps individuals develop a strong, balanced body while also promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
With various techniques and equipment, Pilates offers a versatile workout that can be tailored to meet personal fitness goals, whether you're looking to rehabilitate an injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply maintain overall wellness.

Hi, I’m Heather.
Founder. Pilates Instructor. Nutrition & Wellness Consultant.
Aside from the joy I felt when training and mentoring people in my corporate environment, I was in an endless cycle of burnout. But then I found Pilates, and it completely changed my life—it gave me the tools to enjoy exercise and be fully present in my body.
Being a Pilates instructor allows me to combine my passion for supporting others’ growth with the joy of self-care through movement.
Since 2022, I’ve been teaching private and group Pilates classes to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Comprehensively trained as a Balanced Body Pilates instructor, I have completed over 500 hours of training to create safe and effective programs for clients using any of the apparatus. With a B.S. in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching from Arizona State University and a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant certification (AFPA), I approach Pilates from the perspective of whole-body well-being.
I also know how it feels to be a Pilates newbie, so I make sure my classes feel approachable, light, and always infused with a bit of laughs. That means plenty of in-depth explanations, feedback, and motivation. Because Pilates should be for every body.
Let’s compose a program that moves with your body’s rhythms.
